MELTING

Supreme Technocast has installed a CI melting plant with a monthly capacity of 150 MT. The plant features a frequency furnace from INDUCTOTERM, which has a melting capacity of 5 tons per day.

The furnace is equipped with several advanced features, including hydraulic tilting arrangements, water-cooled leads, and a standard set of bus bars and fume capture hoods. These features help collect smoke, dust, and airborne pollutants during all phases of furnace operation.

⁠COLD CORE MACHINE

Core making is the process which forms the interior part of the casting. The mould provides a space for the molten metal to go, while the core keeps the metal from filling the entire space.

⁠MOULDING

The molding process will be extremely uniform which will finally result into highly consistent production by means of component weight, piece variation, mold variation, wall thickness, mold drawal with min. draft angle on pattern etc. This Machine was developed for higher quality molds & increased productivity.
Pre-fill, shoot and squeeze technology makes sure that mold quality are perfect, uniformaly & minimal variation even in deep cavity molds. No mold swelling which also directly affects the final weight of casting.
Extra ordinary surface finish of casting. machining allowance, reduces machining process time, cost and minimizes scrap generation. man power required. Overall cost reduction in operation cost.
